Great storage option, Loved the Virtual office and TeleOffice setup. Very smart way to manage the rentals and I thought this is why the price was so reasonable. Well month 3 is when mine more than doubled in price. Time to go.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve never had a staff who met every single one of my needs, was so respectful, understanding and so patient with me. They have the best communication and interpersonal skills. I give them a 10/10! I went through a lot financially and the price of my rent every month was very affordable, they remind you of your rent often and send invoices without you having to look for it. I just love everything about this staff in particular. I recommend to everyone who needs a storage unit simply because of the prices, the location, and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s nice being in connection with people who genuinely care about you and your belongings.

Minusﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s 1. Only two carts available for people which can be frustrating when several people are trying to move items in or out during busy times. 2. Paperwork time can be time consuming because of poor internet speed. Overall we are very pleased with this facility and representative.
